Convenient location in the government offices area which is super handy. the building is new and the rooms are clean and cozy, with a nice big king-size bed that you can spread out on like a starfish ⭐.

The staff are polite and nice. They gave good services. But the rooms are quite small and not suitable for big families.

The location of Aryaduta Medan in Medan is strategic as it is close to numerous restaurants and shopping centers. the hotel is conveniently situated next to the train station that connects to the airport and a shopping area.

This venue offers a luxurious and clean stay with extremely friendly and helpful staff at check-out, and it is conveniently located near Grand Palladium Mall.

Premises were all fine and the staff excellent. Restaurant was very nice and affordable.

One of the elecvator was broke down during my stayed. This created a lot of inconveniece further understand it broke down about 2 weeks.

In fact every thing is excillent , staff ,cleaneness of the room, breakfast really it's more than 5 star , The hotel is worthy for money , I stayed for two days only but I plan to stay longer next time , I do recommend this hotel for any body specialy the delux room in 9th floor , the room are facing the swimming pool and it has an exit door from your room which gives a nice view.

I think the staff in frient desck and in the Resturant need to improve thier English language moreover .
